Background
I grew up in Santa Cruz part time with my father, and part time with my mother in the Silicon Valley and have been a full time Santa Cruz resident since the year 2008. I was honored to be voted BEST REALTOR IN SAN LORENZO VALLEY by the Santa Cruz Sentinel. I also had a full cover feature on the Santa Cruz Goodtimes, contributing to an article about the Santa Cruz Mountains. Years ago, before becoming a Realtor, I worked as a wedding DJ/MC (over 250 weddings) and as a general contractor's apprentice. The construction experience gives me an advantage when it comes to helping you to better understand inspection reports for each property that you consider. I have a great network of local contractors to help with repairs and remodels.

My passion is assisting clients through life transitions into new chapters of their lives. Owning properties, as well as managing over 130 units in Santa Cruz, I understand the intricies of being a landlord. Communcation is paramount and I take the extensive tenant screening process very seriously.
